Job description
The scheduler will receive and process service requests by assigning the right resource to the customer's needs. They will also be required to ensure good customer service; to do so, it is necessary to maintain close and courteous relations with our customers, beneficiaries and colleagues. In addition, the scheduler is responsible for entering data into our system, drafting specific reports, maintaining telephone availability during their shift and ensuring the integration of new resources.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- One year experience in dispatch or customer service;
- Knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.);
- Computer literate;
- Bilingual, both written and spoken (French and English).
The ideal candidate is calm, patient and courteous. They must also be organized and possess excellent analytical and judgmental skills.
