Job Description
As a social worker, you must assess users' needs, build personalized assistance programs and direct users to the right resources. You'll also be required to collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in place. We have several mandates available with different clientele, depending on your preferences: CHSLD, Home Care, Hospital, Rehabilitation Center, etc.
Requirements
- University degree in social work;
- Member of the Quebec Order of Social Workers.
