Job description
The special care counsellor is required to plan educational interventions according to the needs of the client, carry out structured educational interventions, participate in interprofessional collaboration, orient and refer the client to the right resources, ensure record keeping and produce statistical reports, collaborate with colleagues and superiors and work in an interdisciplinary environment.
Requirements
- Experience in intervention;
- College diploma (DEC) in special care counselling.
